AMLC CALENDAR UPDATES FOR DECEMBER

Following Our Beloved Murshids guidance and Instruction, many of you may be traveling to attend this years BNI Winter program, what a blessing. Much preparation is to made, yet we will still have many events that we would like for you to attend and show your continued support. Inshallah at the beginning of the new 2012 Calendar AMLC will have all emails coming from amlc78692@gmail.com, please make a note of this address, so we can transition well and no mail makes it to the "junk" pile, just add it to your contacts now. Starting off the month, AMLC will be having a MOTHER/DAUGHTER SEMINAR.

Along side a Membership Meeting, so whether you have a daughter , or are a daughter and are registered with AMLC we invite you to join.

Saturday, Dec.3, 2011 from 1-3. Meadow Park Community Center, Deposit, NY.  Also, we would like to ask our members to give to each other a small token, please contribute by bringing a snack like food item to this event. Shukran to all who were able to come out and support.

 

Friday, Dec. 9, Diamonds Social Lunch at Jazzies, a new halal eatery located on Glenwood Ave. at 1:00pm.

Friday, Dec. 9, Jades will have an after Juma'a Fundraiser. Please wear your sashes, help with the fundraiser and represent your club. Parents are being asked to please assist with donations of the following supplies needed for the fundraiser:

 Ketchup, 

Mustard, 

relish,

 6 packs of Hot Dogs (Beef, not chicken),

 6 packs of Buns,

 and aluminum foil.

Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011 Rubies/Sapphires will venture to the Broome Community College Ice Center from 1-3pm, cost will be $8, which includes entry fee and skate rental.

Sunday, Dec. 11, Jades will get that fresh air feeling before the snow fall, InshALLAH. At Otsiningo Park from 1:30-4:30. Parents may need to supply items for this event, you will soon be notified or please contact Jades Gem Leader Maajidah.

Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011 Diamonds will assist at Samaritan House St. Mary's Recreation Center located on 37 Fayette St. at 12 noon.

Friday, Dec. 16, Rubies/Sapphires will have a Fundraiser on Holy Islamberg after Juma'a, Please wear your sashes, help with the fundraiser and represent your club. Any Further questions please contact Gem Leader Zubadah @607-467-1355.

Saturday,Dec. 17 Diamonds  will have a gift basket fundraiser at the local Walmart located at 2 Gannett Dr, Johnson City, NY at 12:00noon. Any questions please email Gem leader Yasmeen at takashione38@aim.com.
